Sauted Zucchini

I've made this a few times for a QUICK & out of the ordinary side dish. Heat some oil (as you can tell by my picture I always accidentally use too much!) or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cut up a fresh zucchini, add to skillet and top with seasoning of your choice. I used pepper, minced garlic and seasoning salt.
