Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake

My new favorite cake recipe!!! WOW!!!


Recipe From: Amanda

Dry Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup baking cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2/3 cup veggie oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup brewed coffee, room temp

Frosting:
3 oz cream cheese softened
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 TBLSP milk
1/2 tsp vanilla


Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes. Stir in coffee (batter will be very thin). Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40. Insert toothpick to check for doneness. Cool completely.


For frosting, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in the sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired.
