Makes: 10 servings, 1/2 cup each
Ingredients:3 cans (15 oz. each) sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
Directions:
HEAT oven to 350°F.
BEAT potatoes, butter and spices with mixer until well blended.SPOON into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with marshmallows.
BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until potato mixture is heated through and marshmallows are lightly
browned.
Substitute: 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
