Pork Tenderloin

Take a pork tenderloin and completely cover (smash into the meat) with garlic, garlic salt and montreal steak seasoning and cook at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes (Baste the last 10 minutes) remove from oven and let cool. I put tin foil around this to reduce the later clean up in the oven. Serve with mashed potatoes, fresh green salad and dinner rolls!
