Crock Pot Scalloped Potatoes and Ham



Makes 5-6 servings

10 Minutes prep time


Ingredients:
6 large Russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
1 ham steak (about 1.5 pounds) cut into cubes
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 soup can of water
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Grill seasoning for taste



Directions:
1. Layer the potatoes and ham in your slow cooker crock pot.
2. Combine the soup, water, cheese and seasoning in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Pour mixture over the potatoes and ham.
3. Cover and cook on high 3 1/2 hours or until the potatoes are fork tender.
Turn crock pot down to low and cook for 1 more hour.
