My parent's friend Jennifer brought this amazing dessert to Thanksgiving & I just had to get the recipe to share. It took me a while to post this because I wasn't sure what it was called. Well it was worth the wait :) This is a no bake dessert that is so easy to make and so good to eat! This is a favorite of mine!!

Ingredients:
1 angel food cake (torn)
1 Large package of instant vanilla pudding
16oz. Sour Cream
1 1/2 cups milk (for pudding)
2 cans of pie filling, of your choice
Cool Whip Topping (optional)
Directions:
1) Tear angel food cake in bite size pieces
2) Mix all the other ingredients (except the pie filling) until smooth
3) In a pretty glass bowl layer the pieces of angel food cake, the pudding mixture and the pie filling, top last layer with the cool whip topping if you want
NOTE: The best is either cherry or blueberry pie filling.
