CRUNCHY GARLIC CHICKEN

This recipe is so yummy! This was the first meal that I ever made for Eric so it's special to me!


Serves: 6 People

Total Time: 55 Minutes


Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons of butter – melted
2 Tablespoons of milk
1 Tablespoon of chopped fresh chives or parsley
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
2 Cups of corn flakes cereal – crushed
3 Tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon of paprika
6 Boneless, skinless chicken breast


Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
In a shallow dish, mix 2 Tablespoons of butter, the milk, chives, salt, and garlic powder.

In another shallow dish, mix crushed cereal, parsley and paprika, Dip chicken into mixture, then coat lightly and evenly with cereal mixture. Place in pan. Drizzle with 2 Tablespoons of butter.



Bake uncovered at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut.
