Chicken Parmigiana

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of water
Italian bread crumbs
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/3 Cup parmesan cheese
2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti sauce

Heat oven to 350

Heat medium pan with oil on medium heat

Mix eggs with water in a small bowl. In a different bowl mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese

Dip chicken into egg mixture then dip into bread crumb mixture. Then fry in oil for 4 minutes on each side or until light brown.

Place spaghetti sauce in bottom of a ungreased casserole dish. Place chicken on top of sauce, cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.

While it is baking make some spaghetti noodles, drain and set aside.

Remove chicken from heat, top with more cheese if desired. Place chicken on top of spaghetti noodles and serve.
