BBQ Chicken & Pineapple Pizza

Makes 1 large pizza

Ingredients:
2 chicken breast - cut into small bite size pieces
1 Bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
1 can of pineapple chunks
mozzarella cheese
garlic salt
pepper
2 tablespoons of oil
Pam spray

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425.

2. Heat oil in a skillet. Once oil is warm place chicken in the skillet. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Once chicken is fully cooked remove from heat.

3. While chicken is cooking spray Pam on a pizza or cookie sheet. I buy my pizza dough already made at Winco (next to the cheeses) or you can buy the kind in a can, or you can make your own. Once you have your pizza dough, roll it onto the cookie sheet.

4. Cover the dough with BBQ sauce, then a little mozzarella, then chicken, then pineapple chunks, then more mozzarella.

5. Bake at 425 for 7-11 minutes - depending on how thick your crust is. Once my pizza is done I always put in under broil for a just a couple minutes to get crispy on top. Cool, cut and serve!
