Meatball Sub Casserole

Recipe From: Amanda

Ingredients:
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 TBL parm cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 loaf french bread, cut into 1 inch slices (walmart sells bread already sliced in the bakery)
8 oz package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
28 oz spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
In a bowl, combine onions, crumbs, and parm cheese. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls; place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, arrange bread in a single layer in an ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Combine cream cheese, mayo, italian seasoning and pepper and spread over the bread. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella.

Combine the sauce, water, and garlic; add meatballs. Pour over cheese mixture; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
