A play on strawberry shortcake with out all of the sugar and calories... I'm trying to eat healthier without taking out all of the things I love just modifying them.
Individual sponge cake... I prefer the smaller ones
1 tbsp plain non fat yogurt
1 tbsp all natural honey
4 sliced strawberries
Directions:Mix the yogurt and honey in a bowl. You can add more honey to taste if you like it sweeter. Fill the sponge cake with the mixture and top with strawberry slices. Super simple and great for brunch or dessert on a warm day!
