Recipe from: Krsity Q.
Ingredients:
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 c. plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
2/3 c. melted butter
3/4 c. miniature choc. chips or mini M&M's
Directions:
In a large bowl combine oats, flour, and baking soda. In a separate bowl combine the honey, sugar, vanilla and butter. (I did this step by hand but next time I think I will use my trust kitchen aid mixer;)Pour over oats and mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips or M&M's. Spread into a lightly greased 9x13 in. pan. Bake at 375deg. F for 22 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool 10 minutes and then cut into bars. Let them cool completely before removing them.
*You can add tons of different things like: raisins, nuts, coconut, dried fruit, sunflower seeds and craisins.* We chose M&M's. They were SO yummy!
