Creamy Italian Crockpot Chicken

This is a fast, simple and delicious recipe!! Enjoy!!

4-6 chicken breasts - frozen
8 oz. cream cheese - softened
1 packet Italian dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup water

Place frozen chicken in crockpot. In a small bowl mix cream cheese, dressing mix, water and soup. Pour mixture over chicken. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Water may be added through out the day to thin gravy to desired consistency (optional). 
When chicken is cooked all the way through, shred with a fork. You can serve the chicken & gravy on top of rice or mashed potatoes.
