Thai Grilled Chicken

Prep and cook time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts ( 1 1/4 pounds )
1/4 cups soy sauce
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
2 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice

Directions:

1.Prepare frill for direct cooking. place chicken in shallow baking dish. Combine soy sauce, garlic and pepper flakes in measuring cup. Pour over chicken, turning to coat. Let stand 10 min.


2. Meanwhile, combine honey and lime Juice in small bowl until blended; set aside.


3. Place chicken on grill over medium coals; brush with marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Grill, cover, 5 minutes. Brush both sides of chicken with honey mixture. Grill 5 minutes more or until chicken is mo longer pink in center.


*Serve with steamed white rice, Oriental vegetables and fresh fruit salad.
