Garlic Mashed Potatoes

(Please forgive my CRAPY, yellow-ish picture - I guess I need to get out my nice camera!)

Recipe From: My Mom ~ Donna

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Red Potatoes (washed & quartered - skin on)
1/8 Cup minced garlic from the jar
1 stick butter
1 cup ranch

Directions:
Place potatoes in large pan with water over high heat and boil until tender but still firm, about 15–20 minutes. Heat butter and garlic in a saucepan over low heat until combined. Drain potatoes and place in mixer with butter sauce. Add dressing and process until smooth.

***note: my Mom made this with 5lbs. of potatoes and it served 7 plus there was A LOT left over, so I changed it to 2lbs. and you can always add more garlic or ranch to your liking ... Enjoy!
